Aphthous ulcer

=============

Likely an aphthous ulcer. I've had this problem for a long time (with burning). However, both allicin and andrographis cleared it up for me at different times.

Andrographis was my miracle, though. I was amazed that, after four years with a mouth full of these, finally, something worked in less than one week's time.

Be sure to have your dentist take a look. You may be sent to another mouth specialist to be sure but if either allicin or andrographis help, go for it.

I suggest first the andrographis. Within one week, mine got a lot better with this.

Andrographis. I'd start with one, a couple times a day. After brushing, let this roll around in your mouth and softly chew. It is VERY bitter, but it will help. You can add a touch of organic coconut oil to cut the bitterness a bit.

Drink lots of water and you will be getting rid of more water, too. This may make you a little tired, if so, try the allicin.

Allicin

Do not chew this in your mouth as you would andrographis. Swallow the allicin whole (best with a little food).

==========

I'll come back (maybe tomorrow) with more background on these. Both are in two different books about lyme.

------

Also, for soothing, see if your closest pharmacy carries CankerMelts - you can even fall asleep with one in, they contain licorice, which has antimicrobial properties.

DGL - get chewable, here are some choices:

============

Coconut oil, too, is soothing. Aloe vera, gel, too.

Stop using toothpaste that has sodium laurel sulfate. I use just baking soda, letting it dissolve a bit on my spoon (well, what ever that is that oh, brushes - a toothbrush!). You just don't want the baking soda to scratch your teeth so let it soften up a bit.
------

Be sure to get all the nutrients that you need. B vitamins, folic acid, etc.

If toxin exit points do not work, the body finds other ways for the overflow, i.e. skin and mucus membranes. Check for underlying problems. www.allergie-immun.de/Englisch. There is also a thread moving here --- Allergie Immun Germany.
Lyme has many faces!
