I am on an antibiotic break - some time to feel less toxic and think things over.
To keep from getting worse during this break, what supplements would be good to take?
Thanks for the help.

Maybe some Olive Leaf Extract!?
I would double up on probiotics to get your gut ahead of the game!!

Seems like it should depend on what symptoms you are experiencing, and what leftover physical issues you have.
If you still have trouble with spaceyness or circulatory system, gingko might help. (it clearly did for me early in my recovery, though its effect is not as clear now.
General "mineral replacement" may be called for. I should have taken a calcium supplement, for example.--several years post-lyme, while traveling around towmm, I hit a horrendous hole in a road, and broke my collarbone. I hit hard, but it doesn't seem I should have broken anything, Then it was slow to heal, until they put me on a calcium supplement. I had trouble with teeth, too- they became weaker against decay, most definitely.
I'm a firm "believer" in vitamin c, too, though like many things, I don't take it every day. Likewise with other vitamins. For men, saw palmetto is probably good for prostate health. and other things... And zinc is good for immunity.
Flax seed seems good, too. Above all, I experiment, guided by reports I read and by what I need. Also, of course, according to what is affordable. DaveS

If you mean Lyme fighting herbs, I really liked the Buhner core protocol - andrographis, resveratrol, banderol, and cat's claw.

Lauracidin come in there somewhere? Also since I have started taking 600 E a day my shoulder and neck is getting better. Coincidence or not I am going to keep taking it.
