I never used to have any allergies. I feel as if I am becoming allergic to things. Why is that happening?

I have had the opposite experience - alleriges my whole life. Then lyme and no more allergies. I am getting better after a year of treatment and I am noticiing that my allergies are returning.

I know that doesn't help you, but anything is possible with lyme is my point.

You might read up on T helper cells. Normally Th1 and Th2 are in balance. An increase in one tends to decrease the other. Allergic responses are Th2 dominant, while conversely Lyme triggers excess Th1 response.

So, when your immune system is busy with Lyme, it makes lots of Th1, and less Th2, thus you have less allergic response.

Your organs that help detox junk in your body - liver, lungs, lymphatic system, large intestine, kidneys and skin - are probably not working well.

Standard tests for these organs, especially your main one the liver, are not too accurate.

Hi Haley: I have become extremely chemically sensitive. I used to have some sensitivity but I think with the protocol and then with likely lyme biotoxins and the like- my body is on full alert. So absolutely yes.
