I've been rifing for 2 months now. I dont have a fancy machine, but it works. I was wondering how others feel after they rife. The next day I feel really sluggish and dont want to do anything. Afer that I feel better but it takes a few days. How often do you use and how do you feel after?
I use mine every few days or every other day. Each for half hour on strong intensity. 432 and 612

I have an EMEM and use it about four times a week.

1. Parasites and Babs
2. Candida/Fungus
3. Flu/Viruses
4. Lyme and Bart (I will be only rifing for lyme/bart every ten days or so once I get up to the full 3 minutes on the Lyme.

I also use 10k at the end of each treatment as that is supposed to help clear the lymph nodes.

I don't know how much of this works - but I do get herxheimer reactions - especially on the Lyme. Last winter when I was rifing (I'm just now starting up again) I would herx anywhere from immediately after to a day or so after.

My sister would have a great day after she rifed for Lyme and then get her herx and that was pretty regular.

I think we are all different - each rife experience for me is different. Sometimes if I go right into my infra red sauna afterwards I dont' hers at all.

Happy Rifing!

You said you use yours every few days or every other day. Instructions I received when I got my EMEM5 said no more frequently than every 12 days for treating lyme. More often and toxins can overwhelm the kidneys and liver resulting in possible damage. You really don't want kidney damage. Kidneys could even go into failure. It is very important to prevent this.

Half hour on strong intensity? That may be far too much and, again, can lead to kidney and liver damage.

I was told to keep it to a few minutes (specifics are in my notebook, out of reach).

Didn't the manufacturer of your machine mention this? I hope they did and maybe it just slipped your mind. Again, every 12 days, short times . . . and be sure to drink lots of water.

Other things can be treated more often but, especially early on, please don't push it. Your body has to have time to get the toxins out.

Maybe after treating for several more months, you can increase the frequency, but that should come with some professional guidance so you know how to safely gauge it.

You can read more in a search for many previous threads on rife - and find a link to Rosner's book which is a huge help:

Based on what I've read here, you must have a low Bb load to be able to do that 30 min a day and still walk!

We have been treating almost every day for a couple of months.

That is not something everyone can do, but we have been at this for four years, and the bacterial load is minimal.

We are actually trying to kill all of it, once and for all. Time will tell if that can be done.

Or method is rather new, and even more untested than the standard method. If it works as planned, I am hoping my wife will be Lyme free by next year.

Well I've been on meds for 10 months..herxing is minimal now. I just read people do it for 2 hours everyday. Its pretty confusing.
I guess I'm just impatient. I need this to be done so I can walk and have a life outside my bed. but lyme sucks.
Ok I'll be sure to do it less. I already know I should. Its too much to handle.

I never rife more often than every two weeks. Thirty minutes at a time is the most I've ever done.
