I am also to start taking oral glutathione. Everything I am reading suggests oral is useless. Any experiences with it?

If you wish to take oral supplements, you need to use glutathione precursors, which are then converted to glutathione in the body.

If you take glutathione itself, it is destroyed in digestion.

What are glutathione precursors?

NAC and whey protein. The whey protein must be of a high quality and make sure it comes from New Zealand cows, the only cows known to be free of prion disease.

This is a very good product, pharmaceutical grade.

Lipoflow gluta is suppose to be OK through the stomach...that is what they say. I take it along with whey powder and NAC. I am missing a gluta gene, not good, so I take all I can.

I buy the glutathione precursors from Pharmax. It's the brand Dr. K recommends for a lot of his supplements.

Actually, I did a little research. This is liposomal glutathione and is suppossed to be able to absorbed.

I tried the liposomal glutathione, my stomach couldn't tolerate it. The smell is awful too.

I was more chemically sensitive then, maybe that is why it was so awful
