I don't think you can single out any one nutrient, just like you can't single out any one abx. I tried to pay attention to symptoms, diet, and treatment and optimize my chances. My doc did have many suggestions, most of which I at least tried Some seemed to help quite a bit, but all may have been involved in my ultimately beating the lyme, at least for now. -Grapefruit seed extract with olive leaf extract, between meals 2/day. (my first line of attack even pre-llmd).
-garlic, as much as I could choke down, and caps of several types, too. i am sure it had a very good effect against lyme. Part of the Chinese herbal arsenal against Babesia.
-Artimesia anua, the other part of chinese herbal treatment for babesia. Alternated the whole dried herb (caps) with its extract, artimisinin (from 'Vitanet")
"nutrijoint", or "nutrajoint"--glucosamine or condroitiun sulfate suppliment.
Psyllium husk powder. and Yarrow--regulatec abx saturated bowels. - gingko- natural blood thinner that helps get other supplements and drugs where they have to go (into brain, for example...) -
Well, there's a few, but now I must sleep. Have as good a night as possible! DaveS

Vitamin...
I'm waiting for someone to say P5P - the active form of B6.
Sublingual (Source Naturals makes it...cheap), but if this is in a gelatin capsule it might work too:
