Can someone tell me if neuro Lyme will always show up in CSF testing? If the nervous system is infected, will a CSF test always be positive or is this testing poor as well?

Very unreliable, and is not recommended. According to the Lyme docs I have spoken to, Lyme shows up in less than 10% of cases.
