is dehydration normal with lyme? i always find mind urine yellow.. i know its different coz i this past few it never gets back to a clear state.
i have been in my supplements 2 months ago and i havent change any of it..im confused..is it because my body is not absorbing liquid already due to lyme?

could be your supps, especially the b's and c,i also do this when i eat a high protein meal. and im more aware here layely of my urine as i had some kidney probs. or you may have a touch of diabetes insipidus, its not the normal diabetes. do you feel thirsty all the time?
Not a professional, just thought i'd give you a few things to look at. Kat

I mentioned this earlier...
It could be the B or other vitamins you've been taking.

Detoxing? That could be dehydrating for sure. Be sure to increase your water intake. Rule of thumb is 1/2 your weight in ounces. ie: Weight 100lbs, drink 50 ozs.
Coffee, sodas, tea, dehydrating.
Water hydrating.

It's normal with KPU...as most lyme patients have KPU.
Our bodies are not detoxing normally as the pathways are blocked.
We are naturally dehydrated. Not talking about thurst. ...but your cells, skin, blood, and veins/arteries are not hydrated or balanced to do their job.
Water alone will not do the trick...must add electrolytes...like "Selectrolytes"...that contain minerals to help your cells!
Once you hydrate with a good electrolyte formula...your cells will finally be able to absorb what they need and eliminate as well.
This helps your lyme treatments become successful.
