I am not sleeping lately. Benadryl really helps. Can I take it at bedtime when I take my probiotic and Florastor?

When adding a new OTC med it is always good to check with your doctor or pharmacist first (to prevent drug interactions).

In general, Benadryl, probiotics and florastor should be safe to take together. The Benadryl will not harm the probiotics or florastor.

If you keep a list of your current meds you can also run them through a drug interaction checker online. I've used the one at drugs.com before.

I wasn't sure those checkers would work when there's OTC's involved.
