My husband's LLMD recommended this based on some results from adrenal testing. We are hoping it will help with his sleep.
If anyone has taken this, I would love to hear your comments.

My son took it for quite awhile on the advice of our LLMD. He had a reversed cortisol curve.
Later, when we retested his curve was back to normal, so I do think it helped with that. It didn't seem to help him get to sleep much earlier, but then he is a teen and seems to be on his own clock, especially when feeling ill.
We re-started it again recently after taking a break. Hope it helps your husband.
