So has anyone else undergone an EMG test? I have severe leg heaviness that gets so bad at points I can't pick my feet up or bend my knees to walk. A recent development in the last month is my feet feeling like they were swollen or had a band strapped around them but there is no actual swelling or edema. Ugh!
Well the EMG test showed the nerves and muscles in my legs were fine but not in my feet at this current point. So there was distal damage?! Has anyone else experienced anything similar to this???

Nicky, many here have been there. Have you had a Lyme (Bb) test in blood? Are you seeing an ILADS doctor? They might be able to help.
Many bugs like Bart and even Cpn can "settle" into the legs & ankles.

Sounds like you may have major thyroid issue along with what ever else is going on.
