How do I tell which I'm having? I've been on

antibiotics only since July, but now I'm having

serious stomach discomfort. I've been taking

probiotics. I've read all the posts about food

sensitivities and yeast overgrowth. How do I tell

which I am dealing with (or if it's something

else)? Pain and discomfort was really bad all

last seek but I just assume it was menstual. It

slightly less frequent this week, but still very

much there. Do I need a blood test (hope not-feel

like a pin cushion already) or should I just

avoid specific foods and see if it help (if so-

what- are glutens usually the first suspect?)?

Thanks for any advice! (History- Tick/Rash,

Clinical dx for tick borne infection, negative by

tests so far but abx do help)

My Lyme doc says any time a Lymie goes on antibiotics, they must have some type of anti-yeast meds to go with it. My situation has totally proved that one out. It's because Lymies have suppressed immune function and no way to fight off yeast. I would definitely just assume you have it after all this time on ABX.

I have had excellent luck with this low carb diet:
