maybe sensitive, but wth....

i am experiencing a "leak" problem. i can even wake up at night and feel myself going a little. and if i'm in a real hurry i can barely make it to the bathroom.

i don't wear depends yet but do wear a medium panty liner.

i am constantly sore in the bladder area. i don't think it's a bladder infection cause by now there would be blood, but this leaking is driving me nuts and it appears to be getting worse.

has anybody had bladder tie-up or repair or had leak problems? could it be lyme???

i'm not old enuff for this...

Hi Randibear,

I have a leak problem when I cough. I cant hold as much

in my bladder these days, If im out and about running errands

my first stop is the bathroom when i get to my

designation. I think its our disease. Also some days
I have a difficult time getting the flow going.

I am constantly sore too, and leak when I think about anything remotely like going for a pee. like at work then I get changed into my uniform; get changed = go to the change room = there is a toilet there = I pee myself. Or go into the kitchen to cook, there is a tap in the kitchen = water = pee myself. I hate it HATE IT

I will join this crowd..

I do notice that when on My right does of Vitamin D3 it gets somewhat better.

I know cuz when I first started taking it I noticed that first was improved and then recently I ran out and have it on order and it is worse again.

Just an idea.. to try..

I also get up in the night almost every hour.. to go pee... whipeeee

I can relate with this. In fact, last night..I woke up and urinated in the bed..no enough to get on my sheets..but enough to freak me out. I don't know if this has to do with the disease or not. I'm quite frustrated though about it. [confused]

yes, the leaking in bed is what's driving me crazy also. it's not enough to get onto the sheets but thank heavens i've got a pad on.

i know if i tell my ob/gyn about this he will recommend a bladder tie up, but i'm not sure about having this done.

i mean if it's lyme and not the physical position of the bladder, surgery won't do a dang thing will it?

I've had the same thing....leaking urine (and I'm only 31 years old). Mine did go away with treatment....doxycycline. Hopefully it stays away. I feel for you.

I suffered from this for years and when I was talking with GYN about partial hyst I told him about my bladder problems. I had found instead of pads using a tampon was enough holding up that prevented embarassing moments.

My bladder had fallen like all the other parts down there. He tied it up during vaginal surgery and I've never had a problem in 8 yrs.

Certainly isn't something woman have to live with.
