All, Well I went to ER 2 days ago for the first time trying to get a doctor to listen and tell me Im not crazy I do have something wrong. He did several test, and one came back 2.2 and it was supposed to be .9. I have low potassium so they gave me a pill for that. Can low potassium 3.4 needs to be 3.6.
Any help would be appreciated...Still worried but I guess he did a muscle wasting test in my blood so I think Im free of "THE SCARY STUFF"

Yes, I've had trouble keeping my potassium within range ever since I first fell ill (two and a half years ago). Not sure why, but yes, it has either been low or normal low on all the blood tests I have done.
In the beginning of my illness, I was also put on rx'd potassium pills by my doc. I suppose they helped some, but not much because my levels were still low/normal low when we had them retested.
I am going to ask my doc next time I see him if I could possibly be rx'd potassium pills long-term. I am afraid that my low potassium is what is causing my heart issues and palpitations. Not sure that's the cause, just a guess.

Also, if you are watching your sugar, as we must, you may have indavertently cut a lot of potassium out of your diet. You have to find another way to put it back in... I learned that the hard way! LOL! Juices, like OJ and apple, dried fruits, and the like were all good sources of potassium that I had eliminated with sugar. So, to put the postassium back I discovered things like cucumbers, celery, and iceburg lettuce are very good for that. I thought they were sort of nutrient free foods that you could eat as much as you want but really only have fiber... not so. Very good for potassium, and no sugar!
