So far I've learned that you should get tested for HHV-6, EBV, and enterovirus. Anything else? And then, is there anything you can do about any of it? I only tested for EBV and it was active this past late spring. I'd never gone to a doc for mono before and I didn't know I had it then.

I believe TImaca says Focus Labs. ARUP is another one used often.

See this post for more info. Read the entire post as there are various viruses listed in the various posts.
You will need to sign in as a member to read the posts. This lists many tests, and I've had them all. To narrow it down, consider HHV-6, EBV, Parvo and Cpn at Focus Diagnostics lab.
Test for lots of pathogens. Treat what is most obviously wrong. There are antiviral medications that are helpful against various viruses, and oxymatrine is useful against enterovirus for some people.
Best, Timaca

f13girl~ I've had all the viral tests run on me many times. If the titers are quite high (1:320 range or higher) then there is a suspicion of active, chronic infection. I definitely have had high antibody titers to several viruses that have dropped with treatment...and I've seen improvements in my health. Here's some info to read:
