I have always had low blood pressure usually 100ish over 65 ish.....at the beginning of all this my BP was up to 135/85ish....pulse was 115.....since dx and treatment started my bp has been down as low as 75/50 to my normal...now I am back at 129/85 pulse 101 and I am not feeling great......anybody else had fluctuations in bp and pulse throughout your illness and does it coincide with how your feeling ??

Oh yes, I can always tell when it is too low, feel really bad, sweats, dizzy. Before illnesses, was 100/65 too. Then I got hypertension and was prescribed med. Now it is all over the map. My internist says to monitor and take only half dosage on those days. She is totally lyme illiterate...

Ditto with everything that back2game says for me as well. I do stick with very, very low dose BP med without messing with the dose. At 20 mg I passed out. I'm at 5 mg now. Sometimes I think it drives it too low but I hope it's pulling the highs down a little.
Looking forward to getting well and getting off the darn stuff.

This is a classic sign of small fiber neuropathy, caused by Lyme. You should really see a neurologist and have a punch skin biopsy done. It can account for so many symptoms that get lumped into Lyme.
If you search here for small fiber neuropathy I have a post with a list of links to articles.
