Hi all,
since finishing my stint with tindamax I have develped some knots in my shoulders and neck.

any suggestions?

Have any of you experienced this while using tindamax? It's so painful.

Foam Roller, tennis ball (lie on floor)

Work on middle-upper back with tennis ball.

*I've had muscle knots forever though and I'm convinced it's parasites/bugs living in my muscles.

And isn't tindimax like flagyl... could you have possibly busted up some cysts and sparked some spirochetal activity?
