Any thoughts? Im already taking 10mg of Lexapro and my naturopath wanted to add a small amount of 5htp but I wasnt comfortable with taking both.
She also had me start a supplement CatecholaCalm ..but I dont know if its making things worse ![[Frown]](frown.gif)
