My gut cannot handle it, I have nausea and stomach pain. I can take it for a few days and than I have to stop it. I take doxy with Rifampin and Azithro.

I don't think Doxy would be a good candidate for pulsing, but then what do I know. I do know that it does not stay in the body nearly as long as say Zith. I think the half life of Doxy is somewhere between 12 and 24 hours. So you would need to take it at least once a day.
Are you taking it with plenty of food? I take it in the middle of a big meal; but not with diary.

I take Doxy with food but unfortunately it's not enough:(
After 2-3 days my nausea is so bad and I have no apetite...

Ever try a general stomach soother like ginger? Maybe mint tea?

my daughter cannot tolerate doxy so her LLMD switched her to minocycline. Maybe suggest that to your LLMD.

You might try Doryx... it's a brand of doxy that is MUCH easier on the stomach.. but it's pricey. If you have good insurance, then you're set.
You're on a lot of meds, so it's no wonder that your stomach is complaining!!
