I've read several posts about folks developing sensitivities to certain types of food. If you could share the reactions you have and the foods, I would really appreciate it. I've noticed over the past several months that I can feel fine when I sit down to eat a meal and half way through it I just don't feel well at all. It's not all meals, but some. Symptoms are heart palpatations, anxiety, shakey, nervous, , dizzy, diarrhea (sometimes), unable to focus and concentrate, etc. I guess I could sum it up to say a lot of my Lyme symptoms seem to be exacerbated.
I have no idea if any of this is related to a reaction to what I'm eating, but I thought get the groups thoughts.
Thanks for all the info on this site. I can relate to so many posts.

Here's what our daughter says about her Lyme/food sensitivities.
gluten: headaches
dairy: nausea
fermented products: yeast infection
sugar: malaise
This doesn't look helpful for your symptoms. Her shakey & dizzy problems seem to be about excess heat and thirst, not about foods.

Is she on a gluten free diet?
Gluten causes me to have watery diarrhea (sorry), brain fog, weakness, dizziness, and exhaustion.

Gluten-free is only way I roll.
Diet has been half the battle for me.
I treated my gut SOOO BAD for so long. And I'm doing my best to apologize to it right now.

When I goof and eat ANY gluten, I get tiny bumpy feelings on my small or large intestine area... this indicates Leaky Gut.
It's easy to give up eating Gluten in our family, because we all have the same problems now.
It's harder when some family members can still eat wheat.
Gluten is a big problem and getting bigger in the USA every day.

Sugar/high fructose corn syrup causes increased muscle and joint pain starting one day after eating it, increased trouble sleeping, brain fog, and itching.
Gluten causes intestinal distress, brain fog, itching and my BP rises 30 points.
Dairy causes intestinal distress.
A person can experience many different symptoms from any food or ingredient that they have developed sensitivities to.
