I'm thinking of turning tail and moving back to San Francisco, where I have a lot of friend support and some work (North Carolina, where I am now, is a notoriously bad place to find lyme-literate care after the medical board here prosecuted one of the country's top LLMD's a few years ago). I'm also trying to explore my 'charity' healthcare options.
I already have an LLMD in California, I'm more looking for what to do if I have complications from a PICC line or similar issues, and I think I'll qualify for that program if I move back there.
