I had white nodules all over my palms, skin felt like it was contracting and expanding after a shower, weird stuff excreting in palms / feet etc. Basically all the skin problems associated with this disease, and detoxing and whatever is growing on the skin.
A vigorous dry brush before every shower has cleared up the nodules completely, and improved everything else tons.
