Can anyone give me a list of fish or healthy food that contains the highest levels of mercury?

I'm getting mixed messages, and does mercury bind to lyme? TKS Jasek

You do NOT want mercury in your food or body. So why are you asking for the "healthiest fish or food"? Think you got it backwards.

Mercury in food makes it the most UN-healthy.

I thought the way I stated it was clear. I know I don't want mercury in my food. I used the word healthy because I eat very healthy and DON'T want to eat something I did not know that contained mercury.
