I am recently discovering that my pain in neck and shoulders is spinal in origin and am seeing a spine specialist next month. Osteoarthritis and a narrowing of the spinal canal may be my problem.

I do magnesium every day. Fish oil and turmeric were suggested to me but I can't tolerate them.

Ben Gay is my salvation.

Muscle relaxants help (I do baclofen, but can't tolerate much; flexeril is another one).

This assumes it really is inflammation. But great product if you have inflammation, joint pain. It got me off prescription Bextra

When I stopped treating Lyme... my bart symptom would slowly come out.

I think neck pain and swelling is Bart.

My LLMD agrees with me.

I didn't have ANY neck problems during my 5 months on Doxy/Ceftin/Plaquenil

Then I stopped and started Babs treatment and within 5 days had neck issues.

Either Babs or Bart.

Have you had an MRI? I would not assume any cause unless it has been thoroughly checked out.

Thank you so much! I don't have babs, but I do have bart. I absolutely felt the best on doxy. Very interesting!! I will try the other products. I have to wait on trying doxy again with the sun issue.

Raw garlic every night has helped me also!
