It's for brain function. I received a book on it at Vitamin World. It sounds really good. I have no idea how much it costs.

Hmm. Some good stuff in it but it also has caramel color (why? and from what?) and that has me a bit concerned.

I'd also what something with Phosphatidylcholine, too.

Yes... I have PS in my adrenal supplements.

PS will bring your cortisol levels down at night to help sleep.

Typically needs to be used in conjunction with other supps.
