Does anyone know much about the meaning of CRP(HS) levels and how it relates to Lyme disease? Has anyone taken omnicef and can you tell me if there is a strong likelihood of diarrhea? Also, has anyone successfully used ascor or Vitamin C? Thanks for your feedback on any of these topics.

The CRP(HS) is C-Reactive Protien, High Sensitivity. It is a measure of inflammation and is sometimes used as part of an evaluation for cardiac risks (heart attack and strokes).

Lyme patients often have inflammation and this test is helpful in determining the level of inflammation.

I take over the counter anti-inflammatory supplements to deal with it but of course you would want to discuss this with your doctor.
