I keep getting what I can only explain as my body crashing - Its like someone sucks all of the oxygen out of my body and then I am 'Crashed' I even yawn a lot before I finally crash
I am on a Ab break as I do 2 weeks on 2 weeks off and have been very neuro this week OFF AB's with severe facial twitching, jaw twitching, etc.
Does anyone ever have these body crashes and are they linked to Lyme or a co-infection - Could it be Bartonella as I have a big problem with that.
It seems to be happening more and more lately

Adrenal Glands. End of story.
Your cortisol levels are spiking... and crashing. Effects blood sugar as well.
If I had to guess I'd say you crash around either 3-4pm or 8-9pm ??

My cortisol is replaced and so is my aldosterone with Florinef - I have a bi-monthly blood Cortisol day curves and its set perfectly, my last one was only last week and I have consistsnt results in a good rythm - I Take low dose Cortef and have by bloods run at 8am 12Noon 4pm and again they are set perfectly and have been so for over a year. No BP Drop and No Postual Hypotension - these crashes are very TBI related but I can seem to determine which TBI.
Again I get very Neuro with facial twitching and body twitching and then I crash and that is Not adrenals then I get thick sticky sweats.
I will run the cortisol test on the day of my next crash to see but I truly belive this is TBI Related
