Hi Every week brings a new adventure. My dr called and said some of my latest lab tests were coming in and I was anemic. Is that a common occurance with lyme? Any info would be appreciated Thanks

Yes. Low iron can be caused by many things.
Lyme, babs, hypothyroid, adrenal fatigue, etc etc
I have low serum Iron and low-normal ferritin.
I've been told to treat Lyme and work on adrenals and it should correct over time.

Very common with babesia in particular.

Agree with the above: babesia usually cause anemia and low ferritin. Other infections too but for me, babesia was the main cause.
