I have posted a few times about Republic of Tea. , so you can search in the archives.

Their decaf tea is naturally decaffeinated, not chemically like most brands. The Wildberry Plum Decaf green is pretty good....I want to try the Kiwi Pear Decaf green as soon as I get around to ordering it.

The Pomegranate Decaf is "okay"...it isn't super bitter, but it might be a little too bitter for people who like things sweet.

I like Stash decaf green tea.

Their green and white tea is also very good.

I use bigalow brand. It taste good, comes in decaf and they have it at my grocery store. It also comes with each individual tea bag wrapped in its own package.

I don't buy any decaf tea unless it says on the box what process they use to take out the caf.

I prefer the effervescence process as opposed to chemicals.

improver,

I think that is the process that Republic of Tea uses. They say it is a carbon dioxide process, using no chemicals.

I feel strange drinking most Decaf knowing they use chemicals on it.

Since trying to save money, I use Kroger brand, which tastes absolutely terrible, but with a little licorice root, it is tolerable. (Licorice Root can cause high blood pressure, so don't use too much, and go off of it for a day or two every week).

YOU CAN DECAF YOUR OWN GREEN TEA by pouring boiling water over the tea, cover and count slowly to 45. Then pour off the water. Pour more water over the tea, let it steep and drink.)

You lose about 80% of the caffeine by this method. I do this and it works.

I read about this from Dr. Weil and on Alice Walker's website.
