I get this problem on a transient basis. Right now its acting up and I haven't had it for a few months.
What helps is to change my diet to homemade (bone broth) soups, fermented veggies, and easy to digest goat cheeses and whatnot.
The diet can be tedious but soups and even some stews are easy to digest and actually help heal the gut. It's also an easy way to make sure nutritional needs are being met.

Thanks everyone! I actually have read the article, but it does not list symptoms.
Appreciate your input!

When I had this protein shakes kept me alive cause the only other thing that would go down was thin vegetable soup. Just whey protein and water. I used to get the nausea, the fullness and olso neurological symptoms I think because of the vagus nerve being connecting the stomach and the brain. It was a nightmare!
