Hi all,
Right now pain and stiffness body wide are my biggest symptoms. Do they ever go away with treatment?

What helps the stiffness? I'm only in my 30's and I feel like I'm 100. What causes the stiffness?

All thoughts appreciated, I'm sooo over this stuff!

My pain went away. I'd say it probably is the same for stiffness.

See if you can move around every day. Maybe do some pilates or yoga to help with flexibility and strength. The cardiovascular system has the heart to pump it, but the lymphatic system where all the toxins go only has movement.

The pain and stiffness is due to systemic inflammation of muscles and/or joints due to toxins released by LD and co-infections.

I started Tindamax 500mg and Cipro 250mg twice daily a month ago and have noticed a huge reduction in stiffness and soreness. The bottoms of my feet do not hurt anymore. The knots and sore spots on and between my ribs are gone. My grip strength has increased significantly.

My muscles used to stretch (or NOT stretch really) like a rubber band - the more I stretched, the tighter they got. Now they stretch like taffy - I go into a stretch, hold it, and the muscles finally relax.

I also started taking Natural Factor's Turmeric/Bromelain twice per day. It is supposed to help with inflammation.

Hi,
joalo-- thanks for the bump!

sixgoofykids and Jason21-- it is really amazing I can relate to Jason21. The more I stretch the worse I feel and I've tried them all from muscle relaxants, epsom baths, detox.

I've been on both Cipro and Tindamax (not at the same time) and did notice a little improvement.

So..there's hope for me! I'm sooo glad those meds helped Jason21, thank you for giving me hope!!
