if you have no reaction to flagyl could that mean you don't have lyme? some react to very small doses, other react to very high doses.
is 250 per day considered high?

I'm doing 250 mg 2x per day. I am also pusling it 4 days on and 5 days off. I am not experiencing any reactions either.

I'm taking 500mg three times a day for one week every month with mino and amoxy. After treating for four years I'm still herxing.
You're on a very low dose.

I got to where I had no reaction.
Simply means I was done with cystic Lyme (for that time being)

500 mg 3-4x per day is the normal dose and pulse doses are usually higher.
250 mg/day is to tiny no wonder it did/is doing nothing!

I think i take 500 mg/day with 2 other abx. After 10 years of undx'd lyme, i am herxing on everything in my 7th month.
But i felt better (i.e. more functional) when on just Flagyl, but when you add high doses of multiple abx, you will get pounded to the ground.
Some LLMD's don't do mono-therapy as treatment but rather as maintenance.
