I just can't beleive it! I just never quit gaining weight. Since high school I have gained over 125 lbs. and I don't think it is stopping.
It all started when I was put on the older depression pills. I gained 80 lbs. in three months on them. Now any time they change a medication on me I gain another 10 lbs. If the damn meds don't kill me the weight gain is going too!!!
Help!

I completely understand Sick.....after i first got ill with rmsf in 2005 I put 60lbs on in 6 months and have battled ever since.....
I have put 20lb on in the last 3 months alone......I thought it was because I have been home off sick from work and not doing much.....
or is it the disease process itself...I'm not sure...all I know is I am so uncomfortable........
I go to bed at night so exhausted and think I'm not going to wake up tomorrow.......
at this point I dont know what the answer is.....

Me too sick. I try to eat very minimal and still throw on the poundage. I think the new cells don't
know how to behave right or they don't have the goods to process the nutrients right. I have
noticed a little slowdown since I started taking a multivitamin or it could be just advancement into
treatment finally.

I can't gain weight for the life of me.
In fact, I have lost about 30-40 lbs up/down over the years.
Went from 210 (6') to 150-170
Wanna trade? lol.

I knew a girl in high school who's metabolism was in overdrive. Poor thing ate like a horse and still
stayed skinny as a rale. They finally discovered she had a hormone tumor causing it and as soon as
they gave her meds to block it she started gaining. I have no idea how she faired over the years.
