I've been experiencing constant discomfort in both of my shoulder blades. It feels like an extreme dull ache that radiates under the shoulder blades. It seems like it switches intensity between the two.
Does anyone experience this? Thanks

Pain in the right shoulder blade can be due to pain in the gall bladder, which then refers to the shoulder blade.
It's possible that the pain in the left shoulder blade may be referred pain from somewhere in the abdomen, but I have not seen specific info about that.
I've had aching pain in the left shoulder blade that I was not able to attribute to anything in particular.
Sorry I can't be of more help. Carol

This is where your body likes to store toxins.

Yep. I thought that it was un-related. I also have R scapular bursistis.

Pain between shoulder blades and beneath shoulder blades is one of the typical toxin storage places.
Some day when I have time I will translate and post the whole long list of toxin deposit areas as assembled by notable experts in detoxification.
Take care.

I had that awful pain for years; it was due to lyme. It went away after 8 months of bicillin, and it is great to be pain free.
I found it took time for lyme treatment with antibiotics to get rid of this physical pain, and it has not returned two years later.
