Could someone explain the difference between these two and what are the symptoms
With NMH do you always get a drop in blood pressure when standing as my blood pressure goes up a lot when standing
anyway couls someone explain POTS & NMH

With NMH, your blood pressure drops when standing. With POTS, your heart rate goes up significantly, and your blood pressure can actually rise, as your body tries to adjust

OK so my Blood Pressure does not drop on standing it goes up so with NMH it would always drop?
When you say your Heartbeat rises with POTS is that on standing - is there a pointer to it???
So if you have either does it get better when the infections are lowered
