So i've been off abx for a month now. and i was on a ton. i was on rif. zith and mep for about 9 months (rif only 6). anyway - i was doing alright but not great on the abx. every time i took the mepron away i swear i would start to spiral. so when i quit the abx last month i picked up some garlic. btw i have bart, babs and lyme

Let me share with you my process...i actually dont get that stinky and i certainly do herx. i buy fresh garlic and crush 4-6 cloves nightly into a small cup. then i add water and take it like a shot. you have to add water again and again til you shoot back all the garlic. then you get his by a wave of herxing/fatigue/blood vessel widenings. anyway it has kept my symptoms and fatigue at bay. i wake up feeling like my body waged war over night - but then i do a hot yoga class and these toxins are gone.

the hot yoga can be tiring at times - i dont do bikram i do a vinyasa flow class in a 90 degree room. the stabilizing and mood enhancing effects it has on my mindset are priceless...

i dont see my self going back to abx (the burruscano approach) anytime soon. if anything i may give other fringe treatments a shot - i am noticing that my inflammation shoots up in direct sunlight/daytime. (marshall protocol is in the back of my head)

thought i would share,
pm me with questions,

-pk

Suggest you look into Dr Jernigan's protocol.

www.HansaCenter.com

He wrote the book, "Beating Lyme Disease"

You can read about my success with this under my thread titled "Hansa Center Update"

Glad to hear this is working for you. I envy those who can eat hot foods.

While some can handle swallowing raw garlic, it can cause serious burns for others - to the mouth, throat, esophagus, stomach lining.

So, care is vital. For those thinking about raw garlic, start with just a tiny amount. There are good garlic/allicin capsules that don't dissolve until further down into the GI tract.

BioPure Freeze Dried Garlic or Hepapro Allicin are both good choices.

Allicin (from Garlic) is described here and used as the pivotal part of the plan - part of the plan. It is not enough alone:
