i was told that brushing your teeth, with baking soda, and then gaggle with a cup of water with a little bit of baking soda..

if you are concern about candida, this will show your tongue either will be still white or it will be pink, give it a try

this way you will definately see if you have canidida, my tongue is so pink and prettyyyy..

i've been doing this about 3 days now.
