I have been using the Pekana drainage kit but feel that I need to expand on it as it's been months of using the drainage kit and my body is used to it.
I just started reusing it. Doc said to go slow on this one so I am. Not able to pinpoint anything specific to it.
If you want a break from Pekana have you tried LDrain and KDrain from Herbal Transformations?

What is it for exactly (besides what the packaging says)?
I have some, my LLMD asked me to start using it, but I haven't started it yet.
I have been too afraid, because I read somewhere (maybe on the box?) that it can detox heavy metals, which scared me, because I had a bad/crazy experience with a heavy metal detox supplement once.
Also, I lost the sheet telling me what my LLMD wanted me to go up to in dose....what dose are you guys taking?
Otherwise, can't report on it, since I don't know why I was supposed to be taking it and haven't started it.

An md prescribed this for my two teenagers as part of a heavy metal chelating treatment.
They are taking DMSA, OSR, and Toxex under his supervision.
I would be careful with it. It is used for heavy metals...don't know if it has other uses. I would probably seek a dr's advice before taking it.

Pekana Mundipir is also very good. Best to energetically test and see what tests best for you.

I have taken Mundipur without problems. Once my cognitive and psych symptoms got a lot better from antibiotics, my doctor told me to not even bother with the Mundipur anymore (it is labelled for "neuro detox").
But I'm still afraid to even try Toxex since the label says it detoxes heavy metals.

I rarely used Mundipur but loved Mucan during Mucor racemosus and Candida albicans fight. Mucan helps detoxing candida and mucor toxins very well in my case.
My daughter took Toxex recently, and she's still on it, on and off. She's detoxing many toxins and I find Toxex helps her. She has no longer lyme though.
It never tested for me (but I don't have lyme anymore either) but it tests very good for her.

Derek, I've started using it. I began at 10 drops per day in 2 liters of water. I didn't feel like taking my drops 3 times a day and found it tedious remembering it.
So once per day I put 60 drops total (or 20dp) of the 3 bottles of the Drainage kit into the 2 liters of water, and then 10drops. Eventually the maximum is 20dp x 3
Yesterday I went up to 15 dp, and now I'll go to 20.
I did have symptoms from using it. Headaches, and fatigue increased. I can't tell a detoxification reaction.
Posted by METALLlC BLUE (Member # 6628) on :
To calm the headache from the reaction I had to use 6 aspirin. That's a high dose for me, but it soothed it finally.

I also found the kit for a cheaper price, as well as a better service site. You told me to let you know if I did.
The website is "Naturalhealinghouse.com" The woman who works there is a doctor. She spoke with me for about 30 minutes answering questions and knows about Chronic Lyme Disease. She's treated patients for it. She gave me some (suggestions, hint hint) regarding how to proceed with my care.
It's rare to find people who go out of their way to spend that much time with you when you're not even paying them.
You'll be immpressed Derek, plus if you use the product a lot, she said that I shouldn't buy the basic drainage kit but instead buy the 100mg bottles of the individual products that are found in the drainage kit. The three bottles are 50ml each. The individual bottles are 100ml. So that's twice the amount. Total cost for two months then is 103 dollars. Anything over 50 dollars (No matter which product you buy) is free shipping as well.
Normally a two months supply would cost about 120 to 121 dollar (From Forrest).
This means, per month, you're only paying 51 dollars for Pekana. That's a big price reduction compared to what were were getting from Dr. H or even Forrest Health, which wants 66 dollars per month for the 50ml 3 bottle set.
Figured I'd let you know. I know you use this often. Hope it helps.

Thanks for the info Mike, that's great it's that much cheaper there, I'll be sure to get it there next time.
Hope it helps you, I'll be trying Toxex soon as well.

Hey all,
How would you compare this product to Nutramedix Zeolite for clearing heavy metals? A practitioner has recommended Zeolite for my young boys who tested positive for mercury in their brains (electrodermal testing). I haven't started it yet. I know kids can use the Pekana products.
Does Dr. H in NY use them now? My husband goes to him but these products have never been discussed with him.
Thanks for sharing any experiences you have with Zeolite vs Toxex or other Pekana products.

Zeolite and Pekana products are different in their mechanisms.
Zeolites are designed to bind w/ and remove whatever toxins are in the gut, and usually only in the gut (unless it's a spray like ACZ and even then it's not going to go too far)
Pekana products are designed more so to open up blocked detox pathways and enable to the body to do what it was designed to do naturally.
They also stimulate cleansing processes, etc.
Dr H does employ the use of the Pekana drainage kit, but not anything else from the Pekana line yet from what I have heard.
He usually does not mention these type of products unless the patient is considered toxic or has a compromised detox ability from what I have observed.
Nonetheless, I think the Pekana drainage kit is much more effective than zeolites are, but that's just based on my personal experience a some others I know who use Pekana regularly.
Zeolites have their place, although they have not proven to be miraculous in my case.
Good zeolites are Nutramedix Zeolite HP &Advanced Cellular Zeolite spray.
Good luck, hope that helps.

Thanks so much Derek!
I have a some of the Pekana products that I was given two years ago. I took them for a couple of months and didn't notice anything and then moved on to a different LLMD so I didn't continue. The ones I had used are Renelix, Itires and apo-Hepat. I think this is the drainage kit. I will get this tested on my kids when I go back to the practitioner with them.
Do you think the drainage kit or other Pekana products are in any way similar to the allergie-immune therapy or have you not looked at that?
Based on what you know, do you think the drainage kit would be good for removing mercury from the brain or do you think the toxex would be more appropriate for that?
Thanks!

No problem.
Pekana & AI from what I know are very different also.
I do not fully understand AI as most don't (even those who have taken it) but I do grasp the major concept/s.
It is energetic to some extent (I think) and is designed per each body's unique needs from the saliva samples. This energetic blend changes every time the salvia is re sent in as the body's needs change as well.
AI in short is a way for the body to begin to recognize and unblocks detox pathways that have been malfunctioning for years. I also think it allows the body to detect substances that should not be there and aid the body in removing them.
Pekana in comparison is homeopathic medications combined into remedies aimed at aiding specific detox functions & pathways rather than the body as a whole like AI does.
I have not yet tried AI, but it's on the list for me...
Pekana has aided me greatly, because I have struggled w/ detox issues for years.
It has been the most effective single product I have used and would certainly place it in the "top 10" supplemental products I have come across.
Yes, the 3 products you mention by Pekana are the basic drainage kit.
I would think Toxex is more effective at removing metals from the CNS than the basic drainage kit as Toxex is more designed for metal removal than the other three.
Bear in mind most practitioners caution patients to start Toxex low and slow because of the chelating effect it has.
I order (or used to) my Pekana products from Forrest Health and they actually require a passcode to place an order for Toxex as they feel it should only be used under the guidance of a health care professional. Don't let that deter you, I intend to use it presently myself but I do alot more self-treating than most due to the amount I have learned in the past three years.

I LOVE these products. They're literally the only thing I've ever been able to take.
I'm on Renelex, Iteres, Sepsonat and Mundipur right now.
My favorites have been: RENELEX, Mundipur, Akutur and Ricura

I've started the Toxex and Drainage Kit. Instead of taking it three times per day, I put the drops into one large 64oz container of purified water with trace minerals added.
My response in only 2 days has been pretty drastic. It began with a throbbing headache. 6 aspirin resolved it, then inflammation, especially my muscles, nervous system and digestive tract. My sleep is highly disturbed and the fatigue is increased.
I have only been using 10-15 drops of Toxex in total, per day. I don't even drink the entire does in one day. Some days I only drink 40oz or 50oz and so I only get that much diluted Pekana product.
It "appears" to me that even doing it this way causes a response. I can not say with certainty that this is why I feel ill more so than the days before starting.
For example, I was about 40% prior to starting the product. Within 2 days I went to 30%. I am not increasing the doses and staying at 10 drops.

I was told to do 6drops a day of Toxex, that's it.
Have not noticed anything.
I have also used the drainage kit, Viscum, and Coro-calm. Love all of them.

Does one of them help with sleep CD57? Like the Coro-Calm? I need something to supplement my Ativan. I need "more" sleep basically.
