What is the best approach for trying to prevent Diflucan resistance? I just finished 30 days and plan on taking it a few times a week for the next couple of months.

Thank you!

Taking Milk Thistle can help protect the liver from effects of diflucan and others supplements.

I don't think you would become resistant taking it in the amounts you plan on. You can also try some antifungal supplements like oil of oregano, olive leaf extract and garlic to name only a few. I rotate these with diflucan and it works for me. These supplements also have anti bacterial properties so you would want to space them from your probiotics.

I take 600mgs a day and it seems to do the trick. I have never had eleveated liver enzymes since I started taking it.
