I took a break from meds yesterday and got worse and worse... the dizziness was incredibly bad yesterday and got worse and worse as the day went on to the pt where I was awake at 6 am still with this terrible vertigo..
So, at 6 am I came downstairs and took the zithromax.
A few hours later I awake with terrible chest pain and flu like hotness and achey similiar to last weeks flu like symptoms.
So, either its the zithro that is making my feel flu like at the same time every week or its the disease's weekly cycle.
What do you think?

I would call your doc.
They may want to switch to something else for a few days.
Sounds like a herx but the chest pain troubles me.

Don't think Lyme has a weekly cycle. More like every 3 to 5 weeks.
Maybe you need a different med or you need to lower the dose or take a couple of weeks off. Call you LLMD!
