After Biaxin failed to clear all of my lyme symptoms, my doctor placed me on Ceftin.

I started on Ceftin this past Friday and have been taking Meloxican for several months to help with the joint pain/swelling.

I have numerous symptom including joint pain, insomnia, eye problems, memory problems, headaches, etc.

Since I started the Ceftin, my joint pain/swelling in my left ankle/right knee has become unbearable...

Just wondering if it sounds normal that I should experience more intense joint pain/swelling while starting a new antibiotic.

I wanted to see if this sounds normal or if I should contact my doctor regarding this.

Herx or increase in symptoms= needed detox.

Do a search here, TONS on detox.

It is crucial.
