Does this sound like it could be Lyme?

Igenex results: IGM - 18 ++, 34 ++, 41 IND. IGG- 41 IND.

I have antibodies to scleroderma plus the following symptoms which I am told are not related to scleroderma:

Muscle twitching
Migrating Numbness
Muscle Pain
Joint Pain/Stiffness
Tinnitus
Noise/Light Sensitivity
Depression/Anxiety
Fatigue
Mitral Valve Prolapse
Palpitations
Chest/Rib Pain
Motion Sickness
Forgetfullness
Sensitivity to medication/alcohol
Problems regulating thyroid

Bands 18 and 34 are specific to lyme.

You have many lyme symptoms also. You also should be evaluated for coinfections.

It sounds like you may also have Bartonella.

You can find a Lyme literate MD on the Seeking a Doctor board, but there are few in Canada. You may also want to post asking for one in the closest part of the US to you.
