I was just wondering if more people have fog/scatter brain in the warmer weather???
I look so forward to Spring but my symptoms seem a little worse now.
If I don't have to think and just function like a robot, I do pretty good... but get in a car and have to pay attention to suroundings i am in big trouble. Memory seem worse also.
I have been taking tumeric and bromelain in an attempt to keep swelling down. Not really helping much these days.
Thanks

Seasons and weather don't seem to have a whole lot of effect on the brain fog for me. It DOES however affect my joints and aches.

My face...well i should say my sinus cavities, are all swollen from the pollen, I think. then it feels up so bad I just can't think. The pressure is horrible. I can feel and here the fluid in the entire sinus cavities. What can I do. Please.

I don't know if it would help you, but Zyrtec saves me. I have severe allergies and it's the only thing that works. I do have to take it every single day though.
If I skip a day my allergies start bothering me again.

Thanks Joyful. the only problem with Zyrtec and other chemicals is that it makes the symptoms worse. My body can't seem to handle most things that are not natural... not trying to be picky or difficult. Sorry.

MDW, do you use a salene solution in your nose? Sometimes that helps...
Yeah, my brain fog is terrible - I do really have to pay attention while I'm driving lately... oh and my spelling... yuck...

Thanks Flower, I have a netti(sp?)pott. I forgot I had. Even if it's temp. relief I will try again.

My ENT told me years ago that if he could get everyone to rinse their sinuses daily with saline solution, he would be out of business! I use a neti pot daily, but during allergy season or when I have a cold, I use it multiple times a day. If the neti pot doesn't work for you, using a rubber bulb works well too.

When using saline solution... Is it only cleaning out the pollen in the nasal cavity? I think I am having a dull moment and can not answer for myself.
thanks

Look into Serrapeptase. Google for serrapeptase, sinus for lots of information. Many of the sites with information also sell a serrapeptase product. Check at iHerb.com to compare prices.

I feel better now that the sun has gone down. I can think again. The pressure in my head is completely gone... wierd? but i will take it.

I could understand that. It seems weather does effect Lyme. My whole avalanche of symptoms started when it was cold outside and I've heard that's normal. I guess if it hadn't been for the coldest winter we experienced in years maybe I wouldn't be treating this now.
