I have 48 messages in my mailbox and it says I have 60.
Why can't our computer count?

- Funny. I thought I had space but if someone told me it was full, I just assumed I was dyslexic with my numbers and deleted a bunch.
When I tried to count, I always thought I should have still had room but I still assumed I was seeing backwards. Maybe not (this time, anyway).

What really puzzles me, though, is that when I edit a post, sometimes the bottom half gets cut off and I have to start all over again. I've learned to pay attention, though, and just avoid edits if it acts up. -

I actually think it counts PM's with responses as more than one. I've written back and forth with people and all of a sudden one of our boxes shows as "full" because of the PM that had been sent previously .... so if I sent tutu a PM three times, it may count as three and not one.
Just my theory.

- Ohhhhh. Well, that could explain a lot. Thanks SGK. -

Well, it never USED to do that!! Can't we do things like we USED to do??
I had 48 messages that were suddenly 60 by Lymenet's count. That doesn't float my boat.
Hey... let's up it to 80 then!! Posted by Robin123 (Member # 9197) on :
Hm - mine says full at 56 - can someone computer savvy rescue us?

Can you print off the important pm's and delete them afterwards? That might help you.
