Everything is constantly cracking. Told my llmd by the way my jaw is constantly cracking this

week, I just noticed and she said that was good its coming out. Neck, jaw, knees...not pain,

the only thing I hate that I have is living in depersonalization. Kinda went for close to a

day this week better, I should be grateful, but it came back with a bang. On mino, zith and iv

rocep. Anybody bones cracking much? The mind stuff with me goes without saying, almost feel

like brain is on fire. MRI/MRA said infectious/inflammatory processes including

Lyme, migraines, recent trauma,or ms, which was in other words several small focal regions of

abnormal high signal intensity to the

white matter. I've had it. [bonk] Thanks - feel better.

There is liquid in joints to keep them moving freely. Lubrication.
There is gas in that liquid.

When a joint doesn't move correctly + then it does the gas comes out of the liquid. Like opening a can or bottle of pop and the gas comes out of it. Cracking noise.

Then the gas reabsorbs back into the liquid.

Ever get adjusted by a chiropractor + hear a crack or crunch ? Same noise. And of course the moscles, nervous system + joints are not working right to begin with.

Lots of cracking in these parts, too. Odd joints, too. Shoulders, collar bones, hips. Over and over and over. It's progressed over the years.

Massman, my knees and hips make popping and cracking noises all the time. They are loud enough that other people in the room can hear them. My hips also pop in and out of place sometimes when I'm walking.

Is there anything that I can do to help protect/support my joints? I get regular chiropractic adjustments for my back and neck but never discussed or treated any other joint.
