I have been advised to take Welchol as part of a detox protocol - could anyone help with the following questions:-

1. How long before and after should meds and supplements be taken awy from welchol

2. I will be on 1 pill at night, is it more gentle than Cholestyramine (I am told it is?)

3. When I have taken Welchol do I have to eat right away or leave it an hour

I had just as much trouble with Welchol as I did with CSM. Had to stop each of them.

I do know you have to take it one hour before or two hours after any other meds... I think... check the link I gave you.

SPace it out as much as you can, 3 hours should be just fine [Smile]

It is easier to take than Questran yes. [Smile]
