So..I've been having "mild" night sweats off an on since this March. It was way worse in March / early April.
Then it went away for a few weeks. It's now back.
It's not bad....not the "Soak the bed" type of night sweats (I've had that once with the flu.) This is more of a clamminess that leaves my pillow damp. I have to turn it over about half way through the night. Yuck.
Is this Bart? I see from Dr. B's guidelines that Bart can cause mild night sweats. Would also explain the gastritis I had in March (also much improved.)

I have night and day sweats too. Dr W attributed it to Bart. After two months on Rifampin they improved but it is still an issue for me.

I think it is Babesia causing night sweats for many. It was/is for me. My other Babesia symptoms were "to and fro" dizziness, jaw muscle contraction and teeth almost chatter at times. Also mild "air hunger" and dry cough that seem like an irritant cough. Only a light mist on my forehead when I awaken, at 2 AM which happens most every night. I am taking Artemisinin and bactrim and the symptoms are less now but not gone after 10 weeks on this combination.
