i'm still new at this and its been 10 months of treatment.

The begining of this month, felt great. Even considered stopping treatment. then BAM!

got hit with weird things,
feeling stupid
tingeling in forehead and under chin area
pressure in forehead
numbness in arms when waking up-but releived when moving around(only lasts seconds, don't know if I'm sleeping differently?)
tired
some stiffness
direhea only in the morning (strange)

the only thing I've done lately and have never done before, is the warm baths with epsom, peroxide and baking soda and increased my oral vit C's to 3-4 (500mg) daly.
and drinking A LOT of lemon water throughout the day.

Now, can detox cause a Herx?

Diarrhea is probably caused by too much vitamin c. Try cutting back till it goes away. That's how some find their maximum dosage, they take it until they get diarrhea.

What meds are you taking? Did you change meds? The other stuff doesn't sound good if it's progressively getting worse. Generally, progressively getting worse means you need different or stronger treatment.

If you're progressively getting better after feeling this stuff, then it sounds like a herx.

But I would try cutting back on the vitamin C if you noticed this stuff when you increased it.

haven't changed meds : azithro 500mgs and mepron for the past 8 months. I've had long streches of days symptom free, then a kick in the ***!

Just trying to figue out whats going on? Herx, flare up or need different meds?

I;ll cut back the c's and see what happens.
thanks Sixgoffykids you have help me before!
luv ya!

getting fustrated...Can't tell what's happening anymore~having one of those days, and it's only 9am! lol

Some people react to epsom salts because of problems processing sulfur. Adding sulfur can create more toxins rather than getting rid of them. Apparently the problem with sulfur is common in lyme patients.

This will help explain. I'm not associated with the sellers of this product but I do take the product.

Mepron is very hard on the liver. Are you getting a blood draw every two weeks?

Detox can pull things around without eliminating them from the body and that can cause trouble ranging from annoying to dangerous.

Be very careful.
