Merry Carpal tunnel is a nerve related issue. Lyme attacks these nerves. this is what is causing my TOS too. It is along the same nerve root from your cervical neck area.

What helped before ?

steroid injections directly into the joint. Its not bad enough to do that yet... I am hoping it would go away just as fast as it came.

Massage, chiropractic, acupuncture? I've heard of all of these helping, no matter what the cause.

Take care,

Any electric testing to determine exactly where the problem starts ?

Irritation anywhere along the nerve may give you pain that occurs with carpal tunnel diagnosis.

I have used chiropractic, ultrasound and a few different specific types of massage and stretching to help patients with carpal tunnel and TOS.

Also specific home stretching.

If the real source or sources can be identified some specific stretches may be helpful.

if steroid-injection helped you i doubt that lyme really is the reason for your carpal tunnel problems.
