Can headaches and stomach pain ONLY be a sign of lyme in kids, ie no joint problems etc? Both of my sons started getting these symptoms at the same time. I initially thought it was a virus but the incubation time was too long between their attacks. They would last only a day or so and go away for weeks at at time. This was about 2 months after I unfortunately got them the Swine Flu vaccine. My older son has been fine for about 6-8 weeks but my younger son is getting headaches almost daily now, sometimes preceded by stomach aches. I begged his dr for a WB after a negative ELisa and 41 IGG came up positive. The neuro thinks he has migranes and suggested a herbal treatment and he is scheduled for a MRI. I asked my ID dr who treated me when no one else would, to see him but he doesn't treat kids. He suggested the dr in CT but I don't feel I can wait that long and unfortunately I really can't afford it right now unless absolutely necessary. Has anyone heard of Dr E. in Hunterdon County NJ?

I would blame the vaccine myself. They are FULL of chemicals, mercury, aluminum, all kinds of C***.

Hope you find the answer!!

Thanks everyone. I agonized about getting the shot and finally decided to get it. Never again.

Yes in children it is common to have headaches and stomach aches in Lyme.

Long before any Arthritis like symptoms appear.

If they have Lyme--the vaccine could have set off the immune system for a fight.

Hope you find a great LLMD.
